Our company specializes in providing effective and value-added solutions to the Small-Medium sized business market as well as Enterprise clients that require 24/7/365 Service Level Agreements.

 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Account Executive/Sales Representative in the Baton Rouge, LA area to expand our presence throughout southern Louisiana. This is an outside sales position requiring previous industry experience and the ability to position our company as the preferred technology consultant to sell IT solutions in a competitive environment.

 

Job Functions:

- Responsible for new business development and management of existing clients.

- Establish new business contacts through a variety of networking events and groups.

- Cold calling

- Establish relationships with client managers in order to obtain future business.

- Present MayerIT products and services to all prospects with sufficient knowledge and understanding.

- Develop quotes and assist technicians on sales packages. .

- Possess talent for actively identifying and resolving problems, and providing innovative solutions.

- Increase sales of services by learning customer's requirements and business needs.

- Demonstrate ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other information.

- Ensure the highest level of Customer Experience on each and every engagement.

- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all sales activity.

- Build relationships with business partner representatives to establish our company as the preferred partner in this territory.

- Maintain attendance and grooming standards.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

- 3 + years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in expanding businesses.

- Preferred candidate with established networks and relationships.

- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and writing.

- Must have a desire for success and willingness to learn.

- Must be a good listener and have a strong work ethic.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

 

Salary:

Salary is contingent upon candidates prior work experience, and qualifications. Company benefits and perks will be discussed during interview process.
